What if my exchange is late or doesn’t arrive?
I’ll tell you what, give us those 10 business days, and if you don’t receive an email from us that gives you updates on the situation, first check your junk/spam folder and then contact us again at our email Contact@thehomegroomer.com
- Don't pass by 10 days for exchange, as No exchange can be offered if 10 days have gone by from the day your package was delivered.
- No exchanges will be made on items that are damaged due to your error.
- If the exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you.
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item.
- If you want to cancel your order. Please send us an email before 48 hours pass by. After 48h your order is already shipped and can't be restocked.
